How many of us feel good about our country? Do we feel confident about the
economy? What kind of future will our children face?
This is an important time for America. We must
reverse the 8 years of
damage of the Bush
Administration. We can’t risk having one single
Democrat being distracted from the critical work ahead to set our country and state back on the right path.
Let me be the first to thank Jim McDermott for his many years of service to Washington State.
Unfortunately, for approximately the last decade, Jim’s attention has been diverted from his home state, from the needs of the residents of the 7th
Congressional District, and focused instead on his lengthy legal battle.
He will continue to focus on this issue as he attempts to retire his legal debts of over $1 million dollars.
We cannot afford to send an incumbent back to Washington, D.C. who is not 100% focused on his job of working for the
people of Washington State.
As our economy weakens, we face food and fuel
shortages, and deal with rising costs and unemployment rates, we need
representatives in
Congress that will work
collectively to turn this country and economy around.
The needs of Washington State and the residents in the 7th Congressional
District are not being
addressed by our current Congressman.
I vow to work tirelessly as your public servant in
Congress, focusing only on your needs.
