Currently CEO of ACAC (Apostolic Clergy Advisory Council).  Donovan is responsible for fostering understanding of issues, challenges and opportunities facing the racially and culturally diverse populations in various communities in the State of Washington. 

Mr. Rivers works to aid in the resolution of racial and ethnic issues at all levels of community involvement that pertain to the law, law enforcement and the Criminal Justice System.  It is estimated that the ACAC has saved over $2.5 million tax dollars statewide per year by preventing criminal offenses through the ACAC's intervention programs.
